  1. You probably can't check the whole state. If you know the county, call the clerk of the court where it would be filed. If you're a party, you'll be served a copy of the citation and petition. If your not a party, why do you need to know.

    Oh, Has he told you he's filed but being cagey about where and when? If that's so, you already know all you need to know.  


  2. In most states, all you need to do is go down to the local county records building. Marriage and divorce records are a matter of public record. If this person has taken measures to protect their address, it may take a pay service to get it.  

  3. superior court . gov look up the name of the people, if it is filed it will be listed w/ no address, takes 2 weeks 2 get in2 the system on average.

  4. Here is a website that has links to all the different County Superior Courts in AZ. Click on the court and see if you can find family courts filed.
