In B.C. Universal Energy

Terasen Gas sent a rep around the neighborhood to sign people up for their new Universal Energy program. They are claiming that they will guarantee gas prices will not increase for 5 years. Has anyone heard of this or is this one of their scams?

so if we start drilling for oil and the price of gas goes down as a result of this (most likely) will you be held to the higher price?? I would be willing to say yes. Careful with this one.. the price of oil is going down at this moment..
