In Banjo Kazooie where is the Jiggy from the Witch pad in Rusty Bucket Bay?

I am playing Banjo Kazooie, and I pound on the witch pad from Rusty Bucket Bay, and I got distracted from the location and now can't find the the Jiggy. Anybody know where it is?
