  1. It means "The Bavarian Generosity" and probably describes the way the church over whose portal it stands was funded.

The expression is "Monk's Latin", not classical Latin.

  2. That isn't German.  At first glance, I thought it was Latin but I couldn't find a meaning in Latin either.  Can you give some more information on where you found this text?  On a building, maybe?  Knowing where you found it would make it easier to find out what it means.

Please post an update to your question and I'll see what I can do to find it.

I'm guessing that your question has something to do with this movie?  Wer früher stirbt, ist länger tot?

  3. These words are an inscription over the portal of the church in a bavarian village called Polling . It surely is kind of latin - grammatically not correct - so you need an interpretation to understand it.

The most common interpretation says, that the sentence should be "liberalitas bavariae" which can mean "freedom of Bavaria", or "free and tolerant way of living of the bavarians". one translation says, that "liberalitas bavariae" means "live and let live" in a tolerant coexistence.

  4. means : Death to Dracula!
