In Black & White 2 on the last Chinese world there's a monster in your minning tunnel, how do i get him out?

i forgot what world it was exactly, but in one of the Chinese worlds, i think the last one, there's a monster in the mine in your starting town, the monster eats whomever wanders into the mine, how do i kill the monster? i can't figure it out.

Actualy, it is the Japanese land, not Chinese, as there are no Chinese tribes in B&W2, but anyways, to rid the mine of the monster you have a few choices.  Before you kill the monster, you can pour/drop water or fire on the mine to get some responses from your advisors, but to actualy kill the monster, you have 2 choices.  When you start the quest, you should notice a man with some dieseased cows walking on the outskirts of your town (unless you expanded REALLY fast, in which case he will be wandering in the town) you can pick up one of the diseased cows and drop it in the mine to poison the monster (evil solution, cuz u denied the monster suffered...) or you can send in a platoon of any size, either archers or swordsmen, who will fight and kill the monster and emerge wiht more experience (but will possibly be dammaged, but this is the good solution).
