In Bologna, Italy, how long will bars remain open at night, and whats the price of alcohol in bars?

For example, Vodka, Beer. Is there any late bars? Is there any bars with special offers on alcohol. Also what are off licence prices for things like a bottle of Vodka, beer, etc. Thanks!

I've never been to Bologna, but in the city I stay in every summer, the bars will stay open until about 2 on the weekends, and probably about 12 on weeknights. My city is fairly small compared to Bologna so I would assume bars will be open later on both weeknights and weekends. As far as pricing goes I think its expensive, especially if you're going to get name brand drinks.

In my experience, alcohol is generally expensive in bar in Italy. Never heard about special offers on alcohol. Bottles cost triple in bar than in supermarket.

A tactics is to buy alcohol in supermarkets, to put it into a pocket bottle, and to bring that with oneself. For example, you can buy vodka at supermarket, and beer at bar.
