  3. #1 Ali, He beat 3 other greats

#2 Louis - ruled a competitive division for 12 years

    #3 Marciano - Undefeated

#4 Foreman - if it wasn't for Ali, he would have ruled a lot longer

#5 Johnson or Dempsey or Holmes

Tyson would be between 15 and 20th. He never beat any great fighters in their prime. He KO'd by a journeyman (B. Douglas) at 24 yrs old. Then he got KO'd by Lewis & Holyfield. He never avenged any of those losses!

  4. #1/Rocky Marciano #2/Mike Tyson (86-89) #3/Jack Dempsey  #Larry Homes #5/muhammed Ali  in that order.Blogbeba, are you having a joke about Mike Tyson,?if you are ok,if not than you need your medication, get real mate!

  10. muhammad ali

    jack johnson

    joe louis

    jack dempsey

    rocky marciano

  11. Ali

    Louis

    Frazier

    Tyson

    Tunney

  12. 1. Joe Louis- defended his title a record 25 times and was probably the best finisher in heavyweight history.

    2. Muhammad Ali- fought in the toughest era in heavyweight history and he defeated every solid contender of his era.

    3. Rocky Marciano- retired undefeated and is one of the hardest right hand punchers in boxing history.

    4. Jack Dempsey- made boxing the most popular sport at the time, and is probably the toughest heavyweight in history.

    5. Jack Johnson- first ever black heavyweight champion who dominated his era so thoroughly that he was hated at the time by white America.

Tyson was great in his prime but I don't think that he deserves to be top 10, POSSIBLY top 20, and even that is pushing it.

  13. 1-Ali

    2-Louis

    3-Marciano

    4-Johnson

    5-Dempsey

*I would never put Tyson even in a top 15, his star only shined for like 5 years!

  14. ali,tyson,foreman,rocky,holyfield

  15. #1 Ali

    #2 Louis

    #3 Marciano

    #4 Jack Johnson

    #5 Foreman

    With Holmes right behind Foreman

As for Tyson, give me a break! He got knocked out by Buster Douglas! When he was 24 yrs old! Name one other of the greats that got KO'd by a mediocre fighter.

then he got knocked out by Holyfield and Lewis, both fighters were older than him!

Look at everyone's lists. and see think about how many of the greats got KO'd as often as Mike!

Sorry he could punch! And he was fun to watch, but his accomplishments don't warrant a high ranking.

  16. 1. Rocky Marciano

    2. Jack Dempsey

    3, Joe Louis

    4. Muhummad Ali

    5. Mike Tyson

  17. To all those who put gene tunney, are you guys serious? and blogbaba you are not serious tyson was the youngest heavyweight champion and he would easily beat people like gene tunney and quarry.
