A fair few.  I can't give you a percentage, I'm afraid but I live in Brighton and every day I see evidence of multi-culturalism in the city. There is a very popular indian grocery store called Taj, which has two large branches in Brighton so judging by that I would say that the Indian/Asian population must be sizeable.  Brighton's a great place!
