  1. No. It is four o'clock traditionally; although a cuppa is welcome anytime of day.

There is no teabreak at 10:00 a.m. but there is a common custome called "elevenses" which is about GUESS! 11:00 a.m. like a coffee break.  You only have a biscuit (cookies) with it or a small tidbit.

Afternoon tea is at 4:00 traditionally. Many working people nowadays do not break for the full tea anymore however. It still goes on in some areas, but at work a small break is observed as is the age-old custom.

My family is English is how I know.

  2. In Britain, they have 2 Tea Breaks during the day.  One is about our break time - 10 a.m.   The other is at 4 p.m.  That is their other break time.  Some don't keep the 10:00 tea time, but the 4:00 tea time is always observed.

  3. I think traditionally its afternoon tea (and morning coffee) but I drink it all day as do many people!  Its best first thing in the morning.

  4. is best time in the breakfast

but for  special certain time  mmmmmmmm  !!!!

there is only one rule ,should not be after 7pm lol

  5. I believe afternoon tea is between 2:00 and 3:00.
