  1. 90 lbs or 9 years old (just ask my 8.5yo daughter who is dying to sit up front!).

However, in pickup trucks with no back seats or cars without air bags, this does not apply.

  2. 60 lbs

    or 6 years old

  3. At least 1 year or 20 pounds to be in the front seat, and until 6 year or 60 pound must be in a carseat.

  4. WHEN YOU ARE MORE THAN 12 YEARS OLD MORE THAN 4’9” (57 INCHES) TALL MAY SIT IN THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT OF THE CAR WITH AN ADULT SEATBELT.
