  1. As above and also dont skid too much as that makes smoke too

  2. If it passes the smog test at time of purchase, chances are it'll pass in perpetuity.

  3. If the bike doesn't pass smog, who cares? Just sell it to the state for $1,000 and they will "reCYCLE" it for you!! LOL

  4. Whenever you eat beans.

  5. really you have not provided enough information to answer. what kind of bike is it, what make/model and especially what year is it? if you can come back and provide a bit of info i will be able to answer more clearly.

but if you cant/wont provide that info. I will give a general guide. Basically, a new bike is going to need to be smog tested once every 2 years. an older bike once every 5 years. and if you have an antique bike you don't need to get it tested at all.

unicycles are a different category. they do not require any testing as the emissions have been deemed to be "insignificant and unimportant" however, (and i assume this is because they want some cash some how) you will need to register it with the CCOA each year. (careful clown organization of America). Fees for this will run upwards of 500 dollars.

It makes sense to go with the family 3 person bike bcos you never have to register it and they usually pass smog bcos of the distributing of the methane and rebisol throughout the bigger frame thereby creating an eddy of cyclic fumes.

So, that's all i can give without more info. I hope you do get it a smog though. I don't need my family to be breathing in a bunch of ALTOID emissions.
