In Call of Duty 4,Do they have clothes like the marines?

Do they have clothes like the marine in a story mode game? I was wondering bcuz Ive always liked the camo's and I always think about joining the army or marine. IDK if army and marine is the same

Army and Marine aren't the same...

Army is in land forces while Marine is in sea forces
