In Canada, how does one normally address the Premier and Deputy Premier of a province? ?

For McGuinty, you would address him as Premier McGuinty the first time, then Mr.

Smitherman is also a Minister, so he should be addressed Minister Smitherman the first time, then Mr.

Yes that is correct, but in most cases that is a bit too formal.

If it was a informal meeting, I'd say hello sir.
