In Chicago Looking for a trendy bar lounge with bottle service?

I have been trying to find a bar/lounge that has a constant flow of people, and ideally you can get bottle service, a private table and or couch/lounge/VIP area w/o pouncing music playing. I ideally don't want a dance club either, I am more looking for a place to drop a little cash with about 10 people, but actually hear conversations. Also a large bonus is if there are good looking girls around.

Call ahead if you have a party or to make a reservation.  Upstairs is fun, but I especially like the downstairs!

One place that comes to mind is Nine if you are looking for a trendy place, you'll definitely drop some cash there as well maybe see some celebrities, it has a bar upstairs called The Ghost Bar.  Its actually a steakhouse, but does have a separate bar area.
