In DUBAI HSBC bank wil I be able to drop money without having my cheque book, directly going to my branch?

Hi, HSBC international bank account was opened and my compay credit my salary also in that account. But still now i have not received the debit card and cheque book of the same. I am in very urgent need of money.Will I able to drop money from that particular HSBC branch bank, if I go directly there? Please advice.
