In-Dash Stereos

Question

The BestBuy website enables you to enter your car information and their system will tell you what In-Dash Decks will fit into your car and what ones wont. Does this mean that it is virtually impossible to fit a certain deck into your car if says "Does Not Fit" or would it just be a matter of having them buy some extra template pieces? My main problem is that I would like to have a deck with a touchscreen monitor that slides out but none will "Fit" into my Chrysler Sebring. Thanks for the help!
