In Death Note, how many Kiras were there?

I can only think of 4-- Light, Misa, Higuchi, and Mikami

Are there any more, or would you say most people recognize the kiras as those 4 people?

5-the one's you named and if you count the last guy at the end of the manga who also picks up a deathnote but freaks and does suicide.

Takada wasn't acting as Kira; she was acting as Kira's representative.

She read the laws of Kira on the news under Lights instructions.

The only time she ever killed, it was Mello!

I would say that those are the only Kira's that I thought were Kira. XD

Technically, Mello was a "Kira" because he used the Death Note...although, I can't really remember if it was him or just one of his henchmen....
