What is the significance of:

'The woods are burning'

It is repeated twice in the play and then towards the end it is added:

'Theres a big blaze going on all around'

Is it the changing of society? ahhh

If anyone could help i'd be really grateful =)

  1. Hm... Well it could be that they used to have trees and now the apartments are there. The tree with a swing is mentioned in an early scene, so I would say that the times and home they knew is deceased.
