You Indians are so lucky you can get to eat food of your taste in USA food is not that delicious. Even local shops in

Take suji, Mix some watter and leave it for 30 Min, then mix it, it should be like ata to make roti, now make small small round shape ball, remember to use ole for that, then make good amount of oil and then Press those balls and put it into Heted oil. remember it is more easy to purchase it from market rather than making it at home. or if it is no available, please wait for you return trip and te have daily hese golgappas.

    Suji gol gappa

    Suji - cup

    wheat flour -1 cup

    Salt

    soda bi carb 1/2 TSsp

    Mix all ingredients and amake a hard dough

    cover and let it rest for 1 Hr

    Make a thin cha ppati and cut small circles (bottle lid)

    Heat oil and fry
