In Dreams..... Is there a word for this???

In lucid dreams I notice that I perceive myself from a 1st person perspective and from a third person perspective simultaneously... Is there a word for this? Also, is this how Jesus would have felt... ya know... being the son of god (first person) and god (third person) simultaneously?
