In Dubai rotate Skyscrapper Building whether floor will also shift or not?

i mean for e.g. i am sleeping in the 4th floor.will i be in some other floor when i get up the int the 6th floor the next morning?????

Sure you will be in other floor if you walk while  sleeping.and you may find your self in another building also

each floor will rotate independently

by shift what do u mean ? travel around the city from place to place ?
