In Dynasty Mode on NCAA Football 2009, where do you create a player?

I want to create a prospect and I don't see where to do it in the menu in Dynasty Mode.

  2. you have to wait until the season is over past offseason and than after recruiting past class it says redshirt players custom shedules recruit players and then when you go to recruiting for upcoming season it will say go to recruiting or create prospects
