In Dynasty Warriors 6, what does the attribute "persuasion" mean?

Also, What element is the best element to have in the game for both the weapons and horses? I would think that it's "LIGHTENING", but I wanna know from the pros! Thanks.

Persuasion helps you sway the minds of others: enemies, soldiers, and such, to follow you. It's quite a useless attribute. Lightning is the best. I agree, as a person who has all their characters to Rank 1, and has played on Chaos Mode.
