In Eastern Europe only, what countries have the most forward men and which do not?

I'm only speaking specifically about Eastern Europe and nowhere else.

By "forward" I am of course talking about which country(s) are you most likely to get hit on by a man (if you're a woman)? And which country(s) are the least likely you'll never get asked to go back to their place. Thanks all.

I haven't met all nationalities but guys from Poland and Albania has been the most forward towards me. The least has been Belarus and Ukraine. But that could all be because of personalities rather than country of origin.
