  1. yeah probs

  2. Children are required to attend school for a minimum of 190 days a year, teachers attend for an additional 5 for training purposes.

Generally the holidays are organised like this:

    6 weeks summer holiday

    2 weeks Easter

    2 weeks Christmas

    3X1 week mid term

  3. I live in scotland and we get 7 and a half weeks, from end of june to aug 20th or somethin xD

Don't know about england, or northrn ireland lol

  4. English schools get a few half term breaks. Whereas Northern Irish schools do not. So the Northern Irish schools have longer summer holidays. I think both countries get the same amount of time off roughly. Just not at the same time

In total i have about 9 weeks of holidays. Including a week off early because of GCSE's. I think its a bit long

  5. unis get longer. i get..

    a week off in nov

    6 weeks 4 xmas

    3 weeks 4 easter

    and break up in may
