And vice versa, how do you change a set of positive numbers into negative ones?

  1. Sounds like you're using a function and the result is negative???? Excel uses accounting functions so you have to reverse the result by adding a -sign in your function or formula


  2. multiple them by -1 then copy >  paste special and choose "values" and paste the results back over the original figures.

    ex: =A1*-1
