In Feb. UT declared holidays due to severe cold and at present the days are too hot and scrochy?

What is the reason behind such uneven weather? Tell about the instability cause in climate/weather and also try to find reason behind this.

Please help me to write answer for IVth class student.

According to me this is all due to Golobal Warming. but i want to extend my answer.
