In Fifa 08, how do we play with our created club in Manager Mode?

Our created club is always a Rest of The World club, and there is no such league in the manager mode.

  1. Choose the league you want such as EPL, you will see all the club list that belongs to the league. Press the key at the bottom of the screen which is called replace club (if i am not wrong). You will see the created club name and you press enter.
