No, not in Florida.  If you are the father, you 2 can take a trip to Georgia to get married.  Make sure you have all the paper worked needed and schedule an appointment with an official in Georgia that can marry you before you 2 take the trip. Side note, the only other state besides Georgia that would allow this without court approval and without parental consent is Maryland.
