  1. - 15 to be in a bar (even if you don't drink)

    - 16 to buy beer, cider & wine

    - 18 to buy hard liquor

    - no legal age for drinking in a private setting, AFAIK


  2. I dont think there is a drinking age, but i dont think they would tolerate minors getting really drunk, so you might want to avoid that

  3. The sale of alcohol to persons below the age of 16 is prohibited in France and Italy.

  4. You can't buy alchohol at just any age in Italy. Sale of alchohol is prohibited to minors in Italy. There is no law on the books about minors drinking alchohol, but drunkenness and drinking in inapproprate situations is not tolerated.
