In GTA 4, p****e McCreary will never answer his phone to do activities. Can anyone help?

p****e, like many of the other friends, is only available to do activities at certain times of the day, I don't remember p****e's exact hours, but if I remember correctly you can't reach him in the morning and maybe even early afternoon, as he is a night owl and sleeps late.

Try calling him at a different time of day.

If that doesn't do it, then maybe the game just puts off the p****e activity until later.  Even though you meet him in the Luck of the Irish which is maybe 1/4 to 1/3 through the game, you don't really starting doing real missions with him until after 1/2 way through the game.  I didn't start interacting with him until later in the game.  You should have plenty of other things to do until then.
