In Georgia, what would be the best path to become a teacher.?

I want to start work as a paraprofessional this fall and go back to school to get my bachelors degree at the same time. My goal is to teach elementary school. What are my options and what do I need to do to become a paraprofessional.

To become a paraprofessional most positions just require a high school diploma. I would go to the school board that you're interested in applying and inquire about the paraprofessional positions. Send out resumes to different schools and think about what type of paraprofessional position you're interested in, because some positions like special education aide require some special attention to students that not everyone can handle.
