In Germany I've heard there is a church carved in the side of a mountain, where?

I'm stationed in Mannhiem and have heard of this church or cathedral all chissled out of one piece of rock on the side of a mountain. I've searched the Internet and got nothing. I've asked some folks over here who have heard of it but don't know its name or its location. Help if you know.

i lived there 15 years ... never heard such a thing or place.
