In HTML , how can i change a opacity or color of an image when i hover it by mouse ?

Hello all beautiful readers , this is my page , www.pedrosoft.net , as u see in my homepage i ve 6 photos there , i want , when user hovers them by mouse the opacity or some other things be change not the photo itself cuz its should be loaded , i ll be thankful , all the bests

And remember that you need to use both ocipacty and filter:alpha
