  1. ya u can use any part of ur body... as long as u dont catch or lift the ball up !!!

  2. I'm not completely sure but i think that the rule is that if it hits the head or chest its still legal weather its intentional or not....however i wouldn't go around only hitting it with your head or your chest cause then the suspect you or somthing but say for some reason they were to call you for a head or chest hit tell them that you didn't mean too. Good Luck!!!!!

  3. Yes, any body part can hit it as long as it's not a lift. We used to dive to kick to save balls, so anything else is def. legal.

  4. Intentional contact with the head is called heading.  You wouldn't want a ball to hit your chest because the ball ricochet to the ground and score a point for the opponent.

  5. yes..but you have no control...unless uve only used those parts for ur entire life..stick too your hands

  6. Yes, you can hit the ball with any part of your body just as long as you only hit it once.

  7. yes, as long as it doesn't get lifted or carried. you could even hit it intentionally with your shoulder or foot.

  8. as long as your not serving the ball by punting it over the net i am sure any hit is legal... if you are not sure a ball is in or out and a gir/guy is watching it and its on the line and wants to get it use your foot... it geting smacked in your face counts as one touch... frig if a team wanted to just play with there feet on 3 touches i am sure they could

  9. yes.

  10. you can hit the ball with any body part just make sure it doesnt touch the ground
