  1. yes, but use common sense.

dont bump too hard on neighborhoods. and dont bump on residential areas at night. and lower the volume at red-lights.

  2. yes there is a noise law trust me i got my car towed and had to pay 700 bucks to get out the pound and go to court but i was slammin just turn it down when u see the boyz or just get on the e way and bump (the law is 3 car lenghts)

  3. Yes there is, almost every city has a local ordinance to prevent you from playing your stereo loud...i found out the hard way, i was driving through town with my subwoofer on and my windows down and as soon as i went through the light a cop a few cars back turns on his lights and pulls me over...i got a $79 ticket (did not affect insurance) However about a month later (after the court date had already passed and it was too later to fight the ticket) i found out that the cop had no right to pull me over because the city ordinance states you must be able to hear it from 50 ft away AND it must be after 6 PM which he was only about 15 FT away and it was only 3 PM...read your city ordinance (usually you can find it online) and keep a copy of it in your car so that if you get pulled over and you know the cop isn't suppose to pull you over you can prove him wrong right there and then

  4. sure is in about every state has been for like 25 yrs or so anti- noise law
