  2. Mushhak- means mouse!

    This glass painting shows Ganesha (a Hindu God) in a seated posture on his vaahana (vehicle) Mushaka (mouse), with his right hand raised in a gesture of blessing. The painting in auspicious pink and blue colors is decorated with semi-precious stones. Lord Ganesha is worshipped as the remover of obstacles, and as a symbol of wisdom, prosperity and success.   3. If you do a google search for "mushak indian" it appears that it is not a part of indian food but is used in some kind of glass painting.
