  1. monotheist

  2. The christian church had officially taken over most or europe by that time. Any polytheists were probably hiding it.

Check this out - see 5,000 years of religious history in a animation http://www.mapsofwar.com/ind/history-of-...

  3. Monotheists I believe!

  4. What about the vikings, a large number living here i would say polytheist

  5. Well, officially monotheist, in that they were officially Christian .... but with a huge reverence, love and respect for nature and natural phenomena. Even still, it's felt that when someone who had an important influence in an area dies, the feeling is that nature reflects this - I have heard of a sudden gust of wind stirring leaves into a small tornado shape is seen collectively as the departed saying goodbye to their friends and family they are leaving behind. The night before my own father was buried there was a huge storm over the town.
