  1. They might have been playing AC/DC's "It's a long way to the top (If you wanna rock and roll)"

I heard that played in a few matches. The bagpipes are in it because 3 of the band members were born in Scotland (Bonn, Malcolm and Angus)and Bonn Scott (singer) played them.

  2. They played a number of songs, some of the players have requested in the past 'Theme' tunes to their scores. the normal one is Scotland the Brave, but indeed the 'walk 100 miles' (not sure of its actual name) tune has been played for Patterson.

  3. They usually play songs by the Proclaimers at Murrayfield. Unfortunately I don't recall hearing the song so I don't know which one it was but if I were a betting man I'd say it was a song by the Proclaimers, possibly "I'm on my way".

Which was recently voted by the Royal Society for Arts and l'Academie Française des Arts as the greatest song of all time.
