In JLU how does Amanda Waller know Batman's secret identity?

I'm watching the episodes on youtube. And they're awesome! I can't believe I ignored this show for so long. It's really adult and political. Anyways at the end of the episode 'Ultimatum', Amanda Waller hints she knows who Batman is because she calls him, "Rich Boy". Is it ever explained as to how she knows who she is. By the way, I think she is a badass.

She works for Cadmus, its her job to know stuff like that. The same way Batman knows the identites of the other JL members, good ol fashion detective work!!!

Well there was an episode before (Starcrossed or something where Thanigarians had taken over earth and the whole JL had to hide and take off there mask) where the JL revealed themselves. Plus Zantanna knows too, so maybe one of them told her.. not sure but just a guess.
