In Jumpcut can you form a group with controlled clips?

Question

I'm curious whether it's possible to form a group in Jumpcut and control the clips in the group so that members can make movies using the clips you submit, but not other clips - is that possible? Thanks!

I looked through what little help there was on Jumpcut and couldn't find anything dealing with what you need.  What you are wanting to do seems more complex than what is offered.
