My pickup was in an accident several years ago, and I recently got new tires on it but the front bumper is rubbing on a front tire. I have tried to have the bumper pulled out but it isn't an easy job.

  1. really legal to everywhere ..... if you have a old  truck with a real bumper try this with a tree or something strong put some pressure on it either by pulling or pushing and hit the bent with a big hammer.. and you could just find a new one

  2. It would be best if you just called and got the correct answer, I could not find anything and good luck........

  3. Most States only require a rear bumper due to the gas tank being exposed to puncture during an accident. You need to call the DMV for a true answer.
