In Krabi, Is Railay West better than Railey East?

Question

There's two beach in Railay. Which one is the nicest? West or East? and is it possible to walk between those two beach? or is it far?

I like to stay in hotel in Railay beach

Railay Beach is great!!   No road, No car here. for your accommodation, try Railay village Resort (west), it is peaceful tropical resort in ideal beach location and simply beautiful.  This is a super resort for civilized, peaceful couples, both old and young. There is a mountain separating Railey from Ao Nang beach - but that just means there are no cars there - which is better!.  The only way to get there is by boat.

Railey West is superior to Railey East, you wouldn't want to swim in the mangrove covered beachfront on Railey East. but West is normally far more expensive.

You can walk between the two (east and west), and also to Pranang Cave Beach, which is reckoned to be one of the most beautiful beaches in the world (and the price of the only resort there is huge!)

If you are on a budget, stay in Railey East because the walk is only 5 mins or so and there are many more resorts on the east side, as well as bars and restaurants.

Either way, you are going to have a great holiday there.

Can't to walk because it's between mountain. If you like to go to the beach you should go by Taxi or Bus !!!
