  1. I never cooked it before, but from the taste I can tell the following.

Crushed garlic in moderate quantity with rice, tomatoes and meat (mafroumeh ne3meh LOL) and a bit of lemon juice, then I guess just before you turn the fire off (3al 7atab 3a 2asses LOLOLOLLL) add more lemon juice. and then yam yam, serve Me the food :p

  2. Boil cabbage -- cut the hard edges

Put some cabbage leaves on the bottom of the cookware, so they don't stick or burn.

Stuffing - Rice + meat (mafroum medium) + seasoning (salt+pepper+2irfeh+some oil)

Cook: Put them all in the cookware all on top of one another -- put watert till top - cook until the rice is nice and soft but make sure the cabbage is also well cooked. Medium heat to low heat - -  Before you turn off the heat -- Squeeze some lemons and crush some garlic mix them well together and put them over the cabbage then sprinkle as much as you like some dried mint also over the cabbage and you are done.

this can be served with some yoghurt aside (laban) or salad.

the seasoning it depends on what you like, there is no rule on how much you need garlic or lemon etc.

    Bon Apetit...
