I have seen the car window cleaners but none wearing badges declaring that they are Gypsie's.

During the Spring and Summer months these Gypsy pests are very active .  They usually work in pairs . One wets your wind screen with dirty water while the other appears at the Drivers window asking for a gratuity. Refuse and they will leave your screen dirty. They should be arrested for operating such a BUSINESS at  traffic lights . Women drivers are particularly intimidated and give them some money.

I was in Britain for 3 months 3 years ago, i seen some of the stinkers but they knew not to approach me.  On arrival back in my beloved Belfast Ireland they tried it on with me and my missus i ended up having to clock one of them for trying to do a clip and whip at a cash point.  Piece of s**+'t had the cheek to give me a dirty look as he scurried off  like i hurt him!  I've seen them try the windshield cleaning and the coffee cup at traffic lights, seriously if they come near me they'll be getting fished out of the lagan.  I got no time or human instinct of preservation for the scum.  Dirt bags tried to whip money from my missus, they are all marked as guilty.  ****** vermin.

YES! well i don't drive, but when i'm the car with my dad who drives, he lets them clean it, then when they're finished, he shouts 'thanks!' and drives off lmao

Yeah, they are a pain...

They actually make your windows dirtier.. what on Earth do they use to clean? Probably bird-****!

Yes you do. Especially in the East of London.

Yeh,  And in Bristol too recently.  You literally have to scream or swear at them to stop as they won't leave and get really aggressive and nasty unless you act really strong and confident.

They target women and older people in particular.
