In Lord of the Flies, its a Jack question?

what instance shows that Jack is capable of murder

jack kills piggy and tries to kill ralph but the officer came in time

he always wants to be hunting and not for food but he wants the fun of killing something and he killed piggy and tried to kill ralph

I agree that the killing of the pigs (before Piggy the person) is an indication that Jack is willing to end a life.
