In Los Angeles, would the florists at the flower mart (downtown) create bouquets for weddings? Or only sell?

Someone told me the stores in the flower mart also create flower arrangments for weddings or do they just sell individual flowers?

They aren't exactly florists there, just flower merchants that sell in bulk.  Great if you know someone who is willing to put int the arangement time for you.

On the other hand, if your order is big enough (like 20 centerpieces plus main table and aisle arangemets), ,I'm sure you can come to some arrangement with them.
