i wouldnt think so..if that were the case there wouldnt be any kids left alive in my neighborhood

It is not legal in any state to shoot someone simply for trespassing.  Federal law does not recognize lethal force as a justifiable response to ANY crime against property.  Unless you feel your life or someone else's life is in danger, you will be charged with murder.
