You could grab someone's head and knee them -- that seems more dangerous.

  1. headbutts do damage both ways, and they open cut relay easily, knees to the head are real bad but usualy  its only while standing and ur head has somewhere to snap back so u dont have to take all the force

  2. Same reason you cant kick a guy in the family jewels.

Because fights would end too quickly.

Cuts would happen all the time, and cuts are big reasons for fight stoppages.

  3. because it could seriously hurt someone...and at least they dont let them kick thier opponent in the head while they are on the ground...

  4. give it time and elbow and knee strikes will be illegal too.

  5. yea i think they should go back to having no rules fighting without gloves.  it would be may more realistic and prove who the best fighter really was.  plus it would be more entertaining.

  6. No.  Way too dangerous.

People would end up with brain damage.

  7. because a head butt feels and does damage like a rock, and the fight would end up to bloody and to quickly

  8. Because contrary to popular opinion MMA is a controlled game like arm wrestling or boxing, it is not full contact combat.

  9. seriously hurt the opponent and in my opinion doesnt require too much skill to do. even with kneeing people to the head in a lot of mma organizations such as ufc you cannot knee to the head a ground opponent because it is too dangerous

  10. you can injure yourself tryin to head butt someone
