In MTG can I use an artifact card twice on the same turn?

Hey, I'm new to magic the gathering and was wondering a few things you know how theres two different costs on a lot of artifact's ability? Can I play both and use the ability twice? Also where can I find sleeves in Canada for my cards? Lastly I just got a shadowmoor turnabout deck does anyone have any ideas on what cards to add to it?

Im not sure what you are asking as far as the artifact you are referring to. Can you give the name of the Artifact so I can be clearer on what you are asking?

2) I recommend ebay for the sleeves. You can buy some decent lots of sleeves for under 20 dollars

3) if the turnabout deck is made up primarily of elves add 4 imperilous perfect, 4 lanowar elves, and 4 Liliana huntmaster.

for abilities, you can use them as many times as possible as long as they do not require you to tap them to do so.

Lana Huntmaster is a warrior elf that make 1/1 tokens for every elf spell you play.
